Epilepsy Action is the UK's largest member-led epilepsy organisation, helping over 731,000 people last year through its services.
Epilepsy Action provides free and confidential email (helpline@epilepsy.org.uk) and Freephone (0808 800 5050) helplines offering advice and information on the condition, its treatment and a wide range of associated issues. It has Europe's most visited epilepsy website www.epilepsy.org.uk and produces a wide range of information booklets, factsheets and other resources.
As well as campaigning, both nationally and locally, to improve epilepsy services and raise awareness of the condition, we offer assistance to people with epilepsy, their friends, families and carers, in a number of ways including a national network of local support groups, accredited volunteers and regular regional conferences.
